Meet William Russell

William brings decades of construction, repair, consultation, and property management experience to the inspection industry. After serving 20 years as a structural craftsman in the United States Air Force and more than 11 years as a general contractor, William’s transition into home inspection was both seamless and natural.

He holds a degree in Construction Technology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) and Construction Safety. William is a fully licensed and state-licensed home inspector in New Mexico and is certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

William and his family have been active members of the Otero County community for over 15 years and are excited about the opportunity to assist with your next venture.
